Content: This course is a comprehensive introduction to public international law, which introduces the student to the nature, major principles, norms and institutions of the international legal system, the relations between municipal and international law. Several topics will be considered such as Sources and Nature of International Law, History and Theory of International Law, Treaties, States and Governments, International Organizations.
